Hanging of the Greens: After our potluck, we will decorate the sanctuary for Advent. All are welcome to join in the fun!
Calling All Voices! During ALL FOUR Sundays of Advent, the Woodland Holiday Ensemble will be sing. We will rehearse each Sunday before worship at 10am. Please let Bill Maul know if you’d like to sing on one or all of these weeks (or just show up at 10!).
Donate to support Latinx community raided by ICE: In August, workers (mostly documented) were arrested by ICE in Canton, Mississippi, leaving over 135 children in need of care. The Session at Woodland has voted to offer donations to Mississippi churches working to house the children during this crisis. If you would like to donate to this humanitarian cause, please send a check First Presbyterian Church of Canton (202 East Peace St, Canton, MS 39046).
