Summer Reading

This summer, read with children virtually through Project Transformation! Virtual Reading Buddy volunteers help with the summer reading program through using technology (Microsoft Teams and BookNook) to offer genuine relationship, encouragement, and reading help for children attending the summer program. (Ages 16+, Background check required for ages 18+). Woodland is signed up for the week of June 28-July 1st to start. Contact Taylor Davenport-Hudson for more information about how to volunteer!

Pride Committee

We will be assembling a team to help prepare for the Nashville Pride Parade Sept 18th. Woodland has historically come together with other More Light congregations to march in the annual parade. We’re excited to be able to represent again this year in the fall! More to come in the coming months.
